Order and Payments
CONFIRMING AN ORDER
To place an order, you will have an option to register as a client or, if you are already registered, log in to your account. You will be able to view your order history, write reviews, view the status of your orders and manage your details. Once you have added the desired products to your cart you must continue to checkout, confirm the shipping address, process the payment and then lastly confirm your order. It is not possible to place orders over the phone, but in case of difficulty our customer service via email will gladly assist you with your purchase. Once your order is confirmed you will receive an email, you are then able to view your orders in the my order section of your profile.
This email does not establish the beginning of a contract between the customer and Blondinette, but purely an order proposal that is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email to your registered email. We are free to accept or reject any orders received with a full refund.
It is possible to pay by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. Transactions are made in euros.
In the event of an error with your transaction, kindly make sure if the data entered is correct and that you have enough funds to cover the value of the order.
Prices for EU destinations are inclusive of VAT, and exempt for orders to non-EU countries, EU registered companies with a VAT registration are able to claim the Vat receiving a Vat exempt Invoice.
Shipping costs are not included in the prices and are shown separately.
Credit card/Paypal During the order confirmation you will be redirected to a secure portal with encrypted data transmission for credit card data or paypal (SSL). The card will be charged in real time. No card data will be transmitted or recorded by Blondinette.
Once the order has been confirmed, you will receive an email with the required bank details to process the transfer. Please include the order number as the reference. The order will be prepared and shipped upon receipt of credit. Any extra costs charged by banks or currency conversion for credit transfers are on behalf of the purchaser. The credit transfer takes roughly around 1-3 working days.

CANCELING AN ORDER
It is possible to cancel an order by contacting us, only if the order is not already in the process for dispatch.
